SERVICES - Motor Racing

1. Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair of failed two-way radios and associated equipment. (two-way radios, headsets, car harnesses, press-to-talk switches, external antenna kits, driver and crew helmets and earpieces).  Service is available for all users of two-way radio equipment, i.e., sanctioning bodies, race teams, marketing groups, etc. 
 
2. Services are available on-site at customer's shop or at the track for race location specific problems. 

3. Motorcomm will source any needed replacement parts from the radio equipment provider of customer's choice, i.e., Racing Radios, Racing Electronics. Replacement parts will be purchased with PO provided by the customer and charged to the customer's account with their radio equipment provider. If the customer's account doesn't include payment "terms", i.e., NET 10, the purchase of replacement parts will be the responsibility of the customer. MotorComm will provide the customer with a list of parts needed to complete the service evolution. 

4. The customer must provide transportation or reimbursement for transportation costs, accommodations and credentials as needed if MotorComm services are required at a race track.
